RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items are made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at haley@85thavenueshop.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Please double-check all sizing, colors, shipping information, and personalization details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes after production has begun.
